Sellers Verification

As part of our regulatory requirements under the Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds Regulations 2017, we are required to complete an identification check for all sellers prior to marketing any property. Sarah Mains Residential uses a UK Government Digital Identity and Attributes Trust Framework certified Identity Service Provider to conduct these checks. The cost for this verification is £20 plus VAT (£24 inc of vat) per person eligible to be checked, this is payable on completion, cancellation or withdrawal
