It’s great news that your offer has been accepted.

To move forward with the process, Sarah Mains Residential will need to carry out a few essential checks. The administration cost of these checks is covered by our Buyer Verification Fee.

As part of our regulatory requirements under the Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017, we are required to complete an electronic identification check for all buyers. Please note, this is not a credit check, so it will not affect your credit history in any way. Sarah Mains will use a secure electronic verification system to confirm your identity, and as per our regulations, the results of this check will be safely stored by Sarah Mains.
